When is the next long weekend
Next long weekend will be on Monday, November 21 with National Sovereignty Day.
Although this National Day falls on Sunday the 20th, the Government ordered that Monday the 21st be a holiday for tourist purposes. In this way, Argentines will be able to enjoy a new long weekend.

Holidays and non-working days: what is the difference
Holidays and weekdays They have differences that all employees must know in order to know when they should work, when they should not and what they can demand in each case.
During holidays, employees are not required to work. If they do so, they must be paid a double day (100% more than a normal day). And when a traditional holiday is not worked, employees are paid as a single day, even if they have not gone to the office or performed tasks.
On non-working days, unlike holidays, employers are the ones who have the decision of whether or not to make their employees work.
In that case, if tasks are provided on that date, no additional or differentiated payment is included, meaning that it is the same as any other day on which the person works. However, the distinction with regular work days lies elsewhere: if there is no work activity by decision of the employer, the day is not recovered.
