Hake with lemon that will take you ten minutes and will solve any dinner

Hake is a very easy fish to prepare and one that you will surely get a lot of use out of. So now we only have to start with the ingredients. For this recipe you will need: half a kilo of hake (in fillets, the fishmonger will give it to you ready to cook), lemon juice (about 150 milliliters), 30 grams of leek that will have to be chopped, 100 grams of butter, 200 grams of potato, olive oil and salt.

Start by putting a little salt in a pan so that the fish burns. Put the two hake fillets on top and add salt to taste. You just have to pass them on each side so when the oil is hot, two minutes on each side will suffice.. Then take out the fish. You will have it more or less done but there are a couple of steps left.

Cut the leek into small cubes. Add the butter and the leek pieces to the pan. When it is hot, add the fish and add the lemon on top. Cover the pan for six minutes. Add the potatoes when they are done (cooked) and then they will get a little flavor.

That’s it. Dish ready. With this hake you can look like a king for, in addition, a small cost.
