With this operation, FIATC expands its offer in the socio-healthcare segment, now with 4 centers with 487 residential beds, 105 day-care beds and 32 serviced apartments, all managed by a team of 251 professionals.
The CRAL Sant Just purchase will not mean no change in relation to the service offered to the residents and their families, nor in the conditions of this, just as the equipment of
twenty professionals who currently care for the elderly residents.

With more than twenty years of experience, the offers care accommodation to 27 people in a family environment. With the acquisition of CRAL, FIATC Residencias incorporates into its proposal a model of smaller center that offers quality assistance backed by its extensive experience. The entity does not rule out carrying out similar operations in the future.
In fact, over the next few years, FIATC Residencias plans to expand its presence in the Barcelona area and other parts of the country with a total of 6 residences, which would mean 787 residential places and 185 day care centers.
