Cramps according to Biodecoding — Emotional conflicts

Cramps belong to the third embryonic stage: movement and valuation. Conflict: There is a conflict with being hyper-competent. What is a cramp? It can be defined as a sudden and painful contraction of a muscle or a group of muscles.

Cramps according to Biodecoding — Emotional conflicts

A cramp usually occurs in people who feel fear and tension and who want to hold on to something or someone. The cause may be due to a lack of oxygenation of the muscles, due to the loss of fluids and mineral salts, prolonged effort, sudden movements or feeling cold.

Poisoning or certain diseases can also cause cramps, particularly in the stomach.

Louise L. Hay tells us

  • Probable cause: tension and fear, clinging, holding.
  • New thought pattern: I relax and quiet my mind.

Physical cramp block

A cramp is an involuntary, sudden and painful contraction of one or more muscles. It is usually an intense pain that passes in a short space of time.

Emotional Cramp Block

A cramp often occurs in a person who feels fear and tension and wants to cling to something or someone.

Mental Cramp Block

When you have a cramp, notice where in the body it occurs and what that part is for. For example, a leg cramp may indicate that you are afraid to move forward with a project or go to work. What or who do you want to cling to?

The fear or inner tension that you are experiencing at that moment makes you stiffen instead of giving in and doing what you have to do with joy.

cramps

If I have a cramp, it means that I am experiencing an emotional conflict related to the way I perform my duties. I feel the need for recognition, to be “competent”, “skilled”, “extraordinary” and I strive to demonstrate it.

It always comes at a time of “unconscious” fear, the fear of not being “as good” as I want to be. I want recognition + I feel afraid + I tense up = I have a cramp. Let’s learn to love and accept ourselves as we are and start from that acceptance, that recognition to improve and grow.
