Conflicts that manifest in the Knees – Comprehensive Health Coaching.

The knee is the joint between the femur (thigh) and the tibia and fibula (leg). Contains the kneecap.

BIOLOGICAL SENSE: It mainly has the function of cushioning, it is the shock absorber of the human body. It also participates in the propulsion and in the articulation of the movements of the legs. When we kneel it is very difficult for us to get up to flee or fight, it is a position that reflects defenselessness and submission, many knee conflicts go in this direction.

In nature, animals such as the deer or the bull leave the fight kneeling before the adversary.

CONFLICT: Conflicts of devaluation, obedience and submission. We have several types of knee conflicts:

Conflict of devaluation, especially in reference to some results obtained that are unwanted and not at all satisfactory. They weren’t the results we were supposed to get. In this conflict, both the results directly related to knee movements (sports competition) and those of any sector that are combined with the following conflicts count.

Conflict of submission and obedience to an authority that puts us at a crossroads, we cannot obey (give in) or confront it.

Conflict of adolescence, closely linked to the father and the obedience that marked us, the one we face and how we face it. That marked some patterns (programs) that are now very important to evaluate the strength with which I face my challenges.

Finally, there is a conflict of direction (the knees play a very important role when making a change of direction) or what is the same, decision making.

We will also take into account conflicts related to religion and mainly to Christianity (for kneeling before authority).

IN THE INTERNAL PART: Opposition conflict with anger.

ANTERIOR MENISCUS: Concern against which I do not want to give up.

IN THE PREVIOUS RIGHT SECTION: Affective devaluation with resentment.

ON THE EXTERNAL PART (ON THE FIBULA): A grudge against which I do not want to submit.

POPLITEUS HOLLOW: I don’t want to kneel (submit) for a matter of territory. Example: take care of a baby that is not mine.

LIGAMENTS: Conflicts of submission and obedience in the future. Example: “When will I achieve my autonomy?” On the inner side it indicates that there is anger.

For right-handed people (the reverse for left-handed people): On the right indicates an affective conflict, on the left a conflict related to a danger.

CROSSED LIGAMENTS: Being between two projects.

HIDROMA: “I don’t like what I do.” Conflict with spirituality or religion.

OSTEOMA: Conflict in which the knee must be protected from blows.

For right-handers (lefties backwards):

RIGHT KNEE: «I wanted to leave, I wanted to leave, but I couldn’t».

LEFT KNEE: “I’m gone, but I’m sorry I’m gone.”

The knee, like the neck, is related to flexibility, only they speak of stooping and being proud, self and stubbornness.

Often when we move forward, we are afraid to lean over and stiffen up. And that stiffens the joints.

We want to move forward, but not change our way of being. That’s why knees take so long to heal, because our self is at stake.

Knees take time to heal because our pride and our self-justification are at stake.

The next time you have a problem with your knees, ask yourself what you are justifying yourself for, what you are refusing to bow to.

Give up your stubbornness and loosen up. Life is flow and movement, and to be comfortable we must be flexible and flow with it.

A willow tree bends and sways and undulates in the wind, and is always graceful and in harmony with life.

YOUR PAIN AND PHYSICAL SYMPTOMS SHOW THE CONFLICTS IN YOUR LIFE THAT YOU HAVE NOT RESOLVED. WE TEACH YOU TO LISTEN TO YOUR BODY, TO DETECT AND RESOLVE YOUR CONFLICTS.

CLARIFICATION: This is a generic orientation, it is required to investigate, in each person in particular, the specific conflictive pack to be resolved.
