Colisée will manage 5 nursing homes owned by Adriano Care

Adriano Care, a company specialized in investing in assets for the elderly managed by Azora, has reached an agreement with the international group Colisée whereby it assumes the management of 5 residences (four operational centres, three of which are in Bilbao and one in Valencia, and a newly built residence in Madrid), which in total add up to 564 beds in three of the most active markets in the residential sector in Spain.

Thanks to this agreement, the Colisee Group (a company that has more than 350 residences in Europe, 55 of them in Spain), will reinforce the quality of the service provided to residents, while maintaining confidence in the professional staff that currently provide their services in residences.

Adriano Care, the first Spanish REIT listed on BME Growth, will maintain ownership of the assets and will sign a long-term lease agreement with Colisée. In addition, it will invest in improving the operational residences in Bilbao and Valencia, as well as in the development of the new residence to be built in Madrid. Altogether, Adriano Care will invest an additional 14.5 million euros in the assets, maintaining its commitment to the highest standards of quality and energy efficiency.
