Arms – Comprehensive Health Coaching.

The arms represent our ability and our aptitude to embrace the experiences and experiences of life.

The arm has to do with skills, and the forearm with skills. In the joints we store old emotions, and the elbows represent our flexibility to change direction.

A pain in the arms is frequent in the person who does not feel useful in his work and who doubts his abilities. She feels embarrassed and sad, which leads her to withdraw into herself, feeling sorry for her suffering.

The person who has difficulty hugging those they love and feels guilty about it can also suffer from it.

ARM

Segment that goes from the elbow to the shoulder.

BIOLOGICAL SENSE:

My arms symbolize my ability to take on people or situations in life. They are the extension of the heart, of my center, of my being. They are used to execute orders. They are linked to what I do in my life, for example my work, and to the parental role.

CONFLICT:

Work, action, encompass… Depending on the ailment or disease, whether it is skin, muscle, bone… Conflict in relation to the functions of the arm itself.
Right arm (lefty for lefties): Conflict of letting go of those I love (children, family…).
Left arm (right for lefties): Conflict to protect oneself from aggressions. Want to keep someone at a distance.

FOREARM

From wrist to elbow. Includes the ulna and radius bones.
BIOLOGICAL SENSE:

The sense or function of the forearm is “to cover in action” and the precision in the movements of what is close: Work, home, family, friends…
