I got 8.75 and the truth is I accept it. I have a lot of anger problems. I have hit people. I have threatened. I have hit walls.

I got 4.75. The test is interesting, but I think that the question about expressing or expressing frustration reduces its validity a little, since expressing anger or frustration is not necessarily a sign of aggression and much less that you do not manage anger, since it can be Express anger and frustration in an assertive or non-violent manner. Beyond that, I think it is a good tool to get to know yourself and thus be able to start making real changes with anger. For worse or worse, the first person that anger harms is oneself.
