5 natural remedies to relieve eye irritation

After spending long hours in front of electronic devices and a large amount of pollution, it can happen that your eyes become irritated. Cucumber. It has a high amount of water and antioxidants that help reduce inflammation and increase circulation to soothe discomfort. Follow the same process as the potatoes.

Turmeric. Fights microorganisms that cause eye infections, eliminating inflammation, itching and redness. 2 teaspoons of turmeric and 1 glass of water are required. Dilute the two teaspoons of turmeric in the glass of water and apply the liquid all over the eye area.
