Shadow and Bioneuroemoción®

We all have one, the one we show and with which we identify and the one we hide and reject. At Bioneuroemoción®, what we reject we call ”. It is precisely this hidden story that makes us repeat situations, dramas, and patterns that do not benefit us over and over again.

Each person has their shadow. One way to start detecting it is to change our internal dialogue and learn to distinguish that when we complain about something or someone we are complaining about something of our own.
