IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR PATIENTS, COMPANIONS AND VISITORS TO THE IMBANACO MEDICAL CENTER
As a preventive measure associated with the contingency that we are experiencing as of this date, it was considered vitally important to make the following changes to the entrance to the Headquarters:
1) Only one (1) companion per patient will be allowed to enter. Companions must not be under 18 years of age or over 60 years of age. If you only have one companion over 60 years of age, the case will be reviewed with the People’s Experience Center.
2) The taking of laboratory samples from the Headquarters will be suspended. We invite you to take your laboratory tests at our alternate locations (Tower B, north location in Pacific Mall, and south location in Ciudad Jardín). As we know that it is recommended to be at home, that is why we reinforce our home sampling service. Call us at 3821000 Ext 12050. This service does not have an additional cost, you just have to pay the copayment.
3) The entry of medical visitors will be suspended as of the date.
4) Remember that if you have traveled abroad, have been in contact with possible patients with Coronavirus SARS-COV-2 or have had any symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat, malaise and respiratory distress, avoid visiting patients .
