ANXIETY, emotional causes and how to deal with it

Term that designates the fear of a looming danger, be it real or imagined.

Feeling of fear of the future, of what may come or happen, due to lack of control of it.

Anxiety is a fear for no apparent reason that manifests itself in those people who distrust the process of life.

The anguished is surrounded by a cloud of fear that isolates him, limits him and causes him a feeling of separation.

The sympathetic system fires up and takes control of the body to avoid danger.

The reactions of the sympathetic system can be of four types: fight, flight, paralysis or submission, that gives a different variety of anxiety reactions.

The difference between a normal reaction of the sympathetic system and the one that produces anxiety is that in the second case the danger is in our unconscious (it may be more or less real, but we are not aware that the danger is there).

This means that we cannot react to that fear as it would be appropriate, since either it is not manifested, or that reaction would imply an even bigger problem than we have.

Then a block is created, but its meaning remains the same: “play dead, submit, flee or fight the problem.”

It is important to know that anxiety is actually a conscious (expressed) emotion that hides another in the unconscious that has not surfaced (unexpressed).

This second is the one that really matters to us, it is the one that causes us anxiety.

Trying to solve the anguish as if it were a disease is useless.

Since it is only a manifestation of the unconscious to warn us that we are already prepared to face the new challenge that life has prepared for us.

It is like an engine that starts up so that we can undertake a new task and be able to reach that deep desire that we carry within and that will lead us to a new state of consciousness. Anxiety tells us that some part of us is missing life or dying, for example, “this job is killing me” or “something in my job, in my partner, family, is dying.”

Anxiety is the force that the unconscious sends us to give life to what is dead.

What are the parts of our lives that are dying?

What do I want to end and I don’t know how to end it?

Once we find out, we must be honest and be willing to change and go for what we want.

We must study the entire situation and make a plan to achieve what we want.

Conflict of devaluation, limitation, impotence and inability to face something.

The word “anguish” from narrow means narrowness, lack of breadth.

The external causes that are most frequently considered as triggers of anguish are: abandonment, loneliness, failure, rejection, war, etc.

But without a doubt, the true cause is found in the personality, in the closed-mindedness, in the lack of breadth of thought, in the inability to live from the emotional center whatever is happening, in an exaggerated feeling of separation.

Anguish in human beings denotes a lack of confidence (which is why they tend to back down when presented with an obstacle), self-esteem, self-esteem, and self-love.

In some cases, anguish reveals exacerbated selfishness.

On many occasions, the unconscious emotional conflicts that give rise to anxiety have a transgenerational origin () or in the Sense Project stage (conception period, pregnancy and up to 3 years of age).

It is very important to find out and understand the origin of the unconscious program that triggers anxiety. Finding the “why” and changing the beliefs associated with those fears and fears to free ourselves

Anxiety Attack: Conflict of devaluation, limitation, impotence and inability to face something.

I have experienced something very dirty, despicable, that horrified me and tore me apart inside and that has destroyed my life.

It may be related to having suffered touching, abuse or improper sexual acts (group sex, with animals, etc.), rape.

Or perhaps, I was able to witness a brutal act, a crime or I was threatened and I cannot speak, etc.

I was forced to live a situation in which I felt very little, in which I felt like I was nothing and in which I could not hold on to anything.

It is about something that I did not get over and that I did not forget. Besides, my enemy is still very close and I can’t avoid it.

That’s why my brain reacts and orders the anxiety attack, to try to defend myself from the attacker.

Recommendations to recover physical, emotional and spiritual health:

The person who suffers from anguish must learn to live in the here and now, in the present.

The present, in reality, is what he feels, what he is.

Behind the anguish there is always a stagnation of feelings, such as anger, fear, pain, self-pity, shame, perfectionism, that you do not recognize or have denied.

You must accept and experience your feelings, without resistance, in order for them to integrate.

If you feel anger, you must accept and experience your anger.

If you have failed at something and you are frustrated, you need to accept and experience your frustration.

When you are in pain, you must accept and experience your pain.

But in no case should you act on, or be motivated by, any of these emotions; you just need to feel and know its meaning to release it.

You must understand that it is a microcosm, a part of the whole and as a consequence, everything is in it.

When we reject something, we are actually rejecting ourselves.

Rejection itself generates fear because it prevents us from living fully, it is an obstacle to the development of personality.

Behind fear there is a cause that wants to be recognized.

We are afraid of what we do not want to allow, but fear attracts what we fear so that we deal with it.

It confronts us with the situation that we have not solved until we have solved it. Once the cause is removed, the fear disappears on its own.

Fear cannot be overcome by manipulating reality, because fear is within.

Anguish invites us to be flexible, to allow the free circulation of thoughts and feelings, to fully integrate into life. Accepting that everything that happens is good because it serves our development and expands our consciousness.

When we focus on ourselves, in the present, fear no longer exists.
